Because of the nature of what we do, apart from in exceptional circumstances, it will not be possible to provide refunds. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and customer satisfaction and this has been our mantra since day one. We would never finish a project unless we were absolutely confident that it was in mint condition before despatch.

If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with the product upon delivery, please contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged and we will always do our level best to rectify any issues.
